Returns must have prior approval and made within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days all sales are final.
Return items must be in original undamaged box. A 20% restock fee will be applied (Excludes Damaged in transit Items.), no refund on freight charges.
Orders can not be canceled. Once order is submitted we choose the warehouse that can complete your order and ship it from that location. This allows us to reduce shipping time and cost. When you receive it you must return it to Texas Mower Parts 1900 W Loop 340 Waco Texas 76712 and once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned parts only, minus the 20% restock fee. Shipping is non refundable. Confirm! Confirm! Confirm Part numbers before you order them! Manufacturers constantly supersede Part numbers to new Part numbers. Ordering incorrect Part numbers is extremely costly and time consuming for both of us. If you do not have a valid Model and serial number to your unit or your unit is not listed in our parts descriptions Texas Mower Parts is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered and all fees apply.

Next day and 2nd day orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. No Refunds on shipping for the delay will be applied. UPS or FEDEX do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
