Typographical Errors

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy from texasmowerparts.com is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. texasmowerparts.com's 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. texasmowerparts.com's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or texasmowerparts.com. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty if available is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. texasmowerparts.com will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 254-753-7900. No returns on Electrical, Seals or Gaskets NO EXECPTIONS.
Damaged products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. If you throw away the box we cannot help you. If the original packaging received is thrown away we cannot file a claim with the carrier. With no packaging to show the damages during transit it's your word against theirs. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by texasmowerparts.com or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns excluding damaged items. Return Shipping is non refundable no exceptions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall texasmowerparts.com or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order is processed through PayPal Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Credit cards/PayPal payments maybe used. Once your order has passed review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipping.
NOTE - All orders submitted to texasmowerparts.com are paid in full before texasmowerparts.com orders parts from our suppliers. In the case of a Back ordered Items you will be notified promptly and it is your responsibility to confirm waiting or canceling back ordered Items.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located through out the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse(s). TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items and 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes longer, for Items that are not in stock, are on Back Order, or for special order parts. Our Goal is to process all orders and Ship them the same day they arrive.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you choose (ground, air or overnight). Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed at mowpart.com. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
